Chilly’s 2 Litre Big Mouth Bottle
Chilly’s came to us with a clear challenge: As more people embrace life outdoors, the need for high-capacity hydration has grown but the right product didn’t exist. Most large-volume bottles were either clunky, poorly insulated or simply not built for how people actually move through the world.
So we partnered with Chilly’s to rethink the large-format bottle from the ground up. The result? A 2L and 4L insulated bottle that keeps drinks ice cold for up to 72 hours or piping hot for 48 hours, all without leaking, splashing or letting you down.
Every detail was engineered with purpose. From a seamless pour and silent base, to an insulated lid and ergonomic handle that supports up to 15kg. This is a bottle that goes the distance. Tough enough for the outdoors, smart enough for everyday.

The Good Stuff
Big bottles usually mean big compromises, but not here. The 2L bottle was designed to carry more without becoming clunky or hard to use. Every feature has been carefully considered to make this bottle as practical and durable as it is good-looking.
Pouring should feel intuitive, not like a balancing act. That’s why we shaped the mouth for a smooth, controlled flow with no splashback, no drips and added a lockable handle that supports your grip when you’re serving for two or ten. Whether it’s tea at basecamp or chilled water at a family picnic, it just works.
Despite its size, the bottle remains comfortable to carry thanks to a curved, ergonomic handle that’s been strength-tested to extremes. The insulated lid boosts thermal performance without adding weight or complexity, and because it’s made from a single recyclable material, it’s easier to break down and recycle at the end of its life.
And like all good products, this one’s designed to last. From the antimicrobial pouring collar to the tough recycled stainless steel body and removable silent base, it’s built for real use in the real world again and again.

Designed for Dissassembly
The insulated lid is made entirely from polypropylene, a considered choice that boosts thermal performance while simplifying end-of-life recycling. By using a single material and avoiding glue or complex fixings, the lid is easy to take apart, clean and eventually recycle, supporting a more circular product lifecycle without compromising on function.
Hot or Cold, All Weekend Long
Double-walled stainless steel keeps drinks ice cold for up to 72 hours or hot for 48 hours. The insulated lid helps lock in temperature even longer, making it just as suited to boiling coffee at sunrise as it is to chilled water on a summer hike, no matter where the day takes you.
From the grippy, leakproof lid to the silent, recyclable base, every element of the 2L bottle is designed to perform and endure. Whether you’re pouring for a crowd or packing light for a weekend away, this bottle is built to keep up. It’s available in both 2L and 4L sizes, and pairs perfectly with optional stainless steel stacking cups designed to travel light and stack neatly. Tough, thoughtful and timeless.
